I am often amazed by the human mind and spirit – the extent to which they remain resilient and hopeful, and the way they take on life’s difficulties.
Our seemingly irrepressible belief that things will get better, allows us to discover the power within to make it so. I believe that a person with increased awareness about oneself and others, and an appreciation of the interplay of forces within relationships, enhance the chances of happiness and of forging the relationships we need. It is a noble and daunting adventure and one that we are meant to embark upon.
